Aside from painting I love messing about in the kitchen. Here’s one of my absolute easiest recipes. This tastes delicious on a cracker. Easy for me to grab if I’m busy working in my studio.
Blend 3 garlic cloves, 200g cooked kidney beans, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt.
Will keep upto 4 days in the fridge.
That’s it. Easy, wasn’t it?!
