Beauty in art isn’t dead. it’s just being ignored very loudly

You can’t really sensationalize beautiful art nowadays. Art has to provoke it seems. This is keeping up with times (or the Kardashians). There is an increasing coarseness in our celebrity-worship twitter, instagram, fb and snap chat society that only thrives on scandal and ugliness. Unfortunate, I guess. But then, the purest things in life often get bypassed by the loudest voices.
