I’m pretty sure that the idea for this painting in 2013 came from reading ‘Confessions of a Shopaholic’ by Sophie Kinsella. It was a fun painting to work on. I haven’t sold it yet. I think it would look pretty good in a shop. 

Some time after painting this, I found myself wanting to paint smaller watercolour pieces. I painted the following in a hotel room in Copenhagen.
