Katherine’s Silhouettes are inspired by Nordic Minimalism and by the early figure depictions in cave art.

Katherine often uses a palette of earthy colours and paints mainly females in simple expression.

Sometimes flamboyant colours embellish these figures, but the essence of the expression remains the same.
